My name is Filippo Polo. Law and new technologies have always been my primary fields of interest: a passion rooted in the conviction that the legal and technological dimensions are today inseparable, and that neither can be fully understood without the other.
I work on the regulation of artificial intelligence, personal data protection, legal tech, and regulatory compliance in corporate and institutional contexts. I have developed particular expertise in the legal aspects of the European AI Act, algorithmic decision-making systems, and the application of the GDPR in complex digital environments.
Alongside my legal training, I maintain a continuous technical understanding of the phenomena that law is called upon to regulate — an approach I consider essential for providing well-grounded professional advice in today's rapidly evolving normative and technological landscape.
